  • Beware of cheap, imitation poker sets! ElitePokerChips.com offers only long-lasting, top quality products.

    About Shipping & Processing

    All shipping fees are non-refundable. Currently ElitePokerChips.com only ships within United States. Shipping fees are calculated based on shipment from one of our two warehouse locations in either California or Georgia to your shipping location. We charge based on the actual size and weight of the merchandise you are purchasing only.

  • Do you ship to Canada?


  • No, we do not currently ship to Canada.

  • Do you ship Internationally?


  • No, we currently only ship to the U.S..

  • Do you ship to APO/FPO?


  • Yes, we do. We can ship to APO/FPO address via USPS Postal Service, although certain products are not able to be shipped this way. All shipments to APO/FPO or PO Box address will be subject to a $10 handling fee for each shipment. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can not be returned, and payment can not be refunded.

  • How long does it take for my order to ship?


  • Items that are in stock usually ship within 24-48 hours. It is possible that your order may ship the same day, if it is received before 12:00pm EST, however this is not guaranteed. ElitePokerChips.com will do our very best to ensure the quickest possible processing of every order. You may experience delays with the shipment of your order if there are any problems with credit card authorization.

  • ElitePokerChips.com is a Michigan-based company. All orders shipping to a Michigan address are subject to a MI sales tax.

  • What shipping methods do you offer?


  • ElitePokerChips.com offers Ground, and 3 Day Select service. Our preferred carrier is UPS. Please Note: Shipping Cost is non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless we made a mistake.

  • You may request cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please send your cancellation request and invoice number to support@elitepokerchips.com. We will do our very best to cancel the order, and will send a confirmation upon cancellation. If your account has already been charged, you can anticipate a refund to your account within 1-2 business days.

  • What if my product is out of stock?


  • We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you purchased is back ordered or out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you. We will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the item. You may choose to either wait for your back ordered item, select a different item, or cancel your order at that time.
